Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
This policy is about the information that reaches us via the website, by phone and by e-mail, and about what happens to it after that.
How information is used
This is what the information is for. First, answering you and arranging the work. Second, carrying the work out and following up on it. Third, keeping proper business records, protecting the site and meeting legal requirements.
Information collected
Calls and e-mails give us whatever you choose to tell us or attach. The form on our contact page asks you for a name, a phone number, an e-mail address and a few words on the work, plus the address or ZIP code of the job if it has fields for them. The company hosting the site also logs basic technical facts for each page request: IP address, browser, page and time. It does this for security and so as to keep the site online.
Use of cookies
You will not find advertising or analytics cookies on the website. Our hosting company may still set a cookie that the site strictly needs for security. Page views may also be counted without cookies; those counts are anonymous totals for each page.
Disclosures
We rely on other companies for the website, for e-mail and for handling requests, and they process information as part of running those services. Service partners who help us reply or carry out the job receive what the job calls for. Information can also be disclosed if a law requires it or to protect rights or safety.
Storage period
We keep the details you send for as long as the request, the job, normal business record keeping and legal obligations require, and delete them once that time has passed.
Requests about your information
Would you like to know what we have on file about you, fix a mistake in it or have it erased? Ask us by e-mail or phone: write to info@sewardrestoration.com or call (651) 219-7845. We may have to check your identity first. Making the request will never be held against you.
Privacy choices
Opting out: the privacy laws of some states give people the right to opt out when personal information is sold or shared. Those laws define what “sale” and “sharing” mean. To make such a request, follow the steps on the Privacy Choices page.
Safeguards
We protect information with reasonable care, though no system can ever be perfectly secure.
Minors
This site is not intended for anyone under 13. If you are younger than 13, please do not send us information; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children that age.
Changes
Whenever we update this policy, we change the date at the top. That date always marks the current version.
